"Good but eye wateringly expensive service"

Service quality is generally very good. Record keeping is quite poor as I have been stung for warranty repair work that should have been under guarantee but the Motorrad department lost the paperwork. Will make sure that I get a receipt for all warranty work in the future - not something that they offer as standard..
