"UTTER RUDENESS"A review of Two Point by Peter morris - Tuesday 14th of August 2007Advertisements
I've just come back from this restaurant, and i'm not a happy bunny......... i'm a local, so i go in there just about every night of the week, for a drink or maybe a meal... in general the service is good and the food is lovely, i can safely say i am one of their best customers, BUT....... i went in tonight and the service was horrible, one lady in particular has been treating me with no smile, no "thank you", just contempt. please note that i'm always polite and well mannered, and the rest of the staff are fine. this one lady seems to want to make my experience an unpleasant one, and for ages, i've just been able to grin and bear it. i can say with hand on heart that i have done nothing whatsoever to deserve this treatment, and i have come away tonight feeling that i never want to be served by this lady again, it was that bad. it doesn't matter how good the food and drink are, service is all important isn't it.....? As i said, i'm in there every night at one stage of the evening or other, and i feel the need to make this statement. i don't deserve this kind of treatment, and, because i like the place in general, will go back, but i feel these sort of report web pages should be allowed to show the bad side of a restaurant as well as the good. so finally, i say to Gaye, your attitude is not acceptable, its your job to treat me, and all clients with respect, and that certainly didn't happen for me tonight, it was not a nice experience, and i don't want this to happen again.
