"Rumours afoot"
A review of East Finchley Constitutional Club by shareholder - Sunday 7th of October 2007
Rumours are rife within in the club as to who will win the pending case between the fat controller (chairman)and the ex management. The smart money is on a settlement before it escallates. If the non-show members find out, they will come in for the kill and demand the sale of the land and assets (again).
Atmosphere has changed,and rumours of a link between club directors and directors of East Finchley Trust, possibly a conflict of interest, are adding to the pressure the club board will be feeling.
