I have just spent an hour trying to get through to make an appointment. Your recorded information states 'the surgury is open daily 8am to 6pm; closed daily between 1 & 2' Today is Thursday when you are also closed in the after noon. Could this information not also be on your recorded message? That would have saved this busy NHS nurse a lot of time!! .
