"Communication with the BTO"

I wanted to ask the simple question whether I can visit 29 Princes Street

to get information about visiting Brussels as a tourist, or whether I need to go to the much less accessible Marsh Wall.

Try as I might, I could not access this information from your website. The telephone number given for Princes Street is "not recognised" by the phone system. That for Marsh Wall is a mere automated brochure line. I suggest that you improve your communication with the people you are trying to serve.

In the meantime, if anybody actually reads this email,it would be useful to have the information referred to above by 11 a.m. tomorrow, after which I shall not have access to my computer for a while.
