As the director of Aldersbrook roofing I would like to answer this allegation that we were slow in giving paperwork to this customer.

1 we would like to point out that in January we were inundated with emergency calls due to a storm with winds in excess of 90mph. Millions of pounds of structural damage had been caused across the south east, This was well documented in the news at the time.

at that time we were inundated with lots of emergency calls like most services and had more enquires than what we could actually handle due to the freak weather.

2 The roof that we have put on for this client has had no defects or problems to date due to it being a sound and quality roof installation.

3.I would urge this anonymous writer to give us a call and we will gladly send the insurance documentation with out delay.

We would like to point out that our correspondence service is usually as prompt as the rest of our service which from reading the thread I can only presume that they were happy with the speedy and efficient way that we carried out our service.

We are always trying to better our service and any feedback good or bad is welcomed so we can act upon it and improve our sevice for our customers and clients.

As a good will gesture we will also throw in a £50.00 pounds discount voucher should they or there friends and family be unfortunate to have a leaky roof or need emergency remedial works for there property in the future.
