When i want to contact a PERSON over a financial problem why is it that all i get is an automated computer.

I am appalled that personal contact appears to be not even considered it appears to have been eradicated.

I can however write but surely as a company don't you realise that to answer a letter costs far more that answering a telephone.

I have tried for two days to make personal contact with someone over a problem that is not covered by the infuriating recorded options.
