"Contacting Qatar Airways"
A review of Qatar Airways by Janice - Wednesday 5th of December 2007
Has anyone experienced difficulty with contacting Qatar Airways by phone. I was given a direct number to speak to a member of staff regarding a refund and I have waited for 20 minutes twice and given up. I have also left my name and number three days in a row at the number - 02075149420- and no one has returned my calls. I have also e-mailed information via the customer enquiries and a week later have not received a reply or acknowlegement.
The people I have spoken to on the phone have been pleasant but unable to deal with my enquiry.
Advice anyone?
