"Ravshing refurbishment"

The beautiful refurbishment that has occured in visioncare is excellent but i feel that the customer control has worsened. The last time i went there, they took a long time, were busier than usual, did not phone to confirm my appointment...etc. These are the sorts of things i would expect from specsavers - not visioncare! i wish you all the best in the future, try to keep up the excellent standard that you had set before. anon.
