Initially a good experience of ordering and receiving replacement part (air-mass unit) for my Audi TT. Volk-apart has spoilt this A1 recommendation by failing to return the deposit held against receiving from me the original damaged unit which I believe they re-condition, despite several phone calls and e-mails. Come on, Volks-Apart, do the proper thing and avoid bad publicity! |
