"Good quality, poor service"

I am appalled at the recent quality of service at the blues cafe. When the manager is working the service is great but his staff [two girls serving ?] are rude, forgetfull, arrogant and there maths is clearly suspect. The food is of good quality and there can be no complaints about the attention to detail put into the goods. Unfortunately the current staff are letting the side down! Sort it out!.
