Im writing to you in a state of despair. I used to use the blues cafe on a regular basis. I am disgusted with the quality of service. The staff appear arrogant, rude and have difficulty with simple maths. The quality of the food is excellent and easily exceeds all local/rival establishments. Please address this simple problem or I and many of my associates will take our business elsewhere!
