I have been ordering food from Usha takeaway for 5 years, I love their food. I have to say though that out of 3 orders, 1 is not as perfect as the other two. I don't understand why. It should always be consistent and they have a few times mixed up my order and apologised but not refunded.
I think if they improve on these tw complaints they will flourish.
