I visited the Tai buffet on my birthday and I was very impressed. It is well worth a visit for a quick, cheap meal and is more ideal than paying for an overpriced meal that turns out to be very average. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was quick. The food was very pleasant and wasn't too rich or salty. It offers a wide range of vegetarian dishes and variants of sweet and sour and other taiwanese dishes with tofu, which were delicious!
