"Generally well run but poor customer service"

I used to like this place but I'm afraid they demonstrated poor customer service after binning my newspaper while I was in the loo (I'd hardly started on it). Unfortunately a lot of spag bol was binned at the same time...

So what you might say, and indeed I did but suggested a complementary tea might even things up. This was met with an outraged response and a detailed defence of why it was completely reasonable to dispose of such stuff.

So, one place where the customer isn't always (and probably hardly ever) right....
