Good Points: Honest, gave me correct value of home, expertise and offered me best advice on how to make the most money from the rental, trustworthy and quick to do what they said. Top marks.

Bad Points: Raj's suit was a bit sharp!

General comments: Having dealt with KD RESIDENTIAL, I don't understand why Estate Agents have such a bad name. They were friendly, helpful, knew what they were talking about and helped me get the best price for my home.
