There is a difference, it has a added moisturiser. hold it close to the skin, no need for cotton wool, put on gloves to apply. drys quick. if you want it darker then reaply. doesn't come off on clothes. smells nice. for those that use it on there face the old one had loads of alchol, this one is better on the face.
