I needed a toilet seat for a Svedbergs toilet and Elec-Mec were incredibly efficient. They came back to me within a day with price and availability.

I am still waiting (3 days) for the manufacturers to respond to an email.

However, telephone contact can be an issue as the waiting may sometimes be an age..
