"Web site and booking - disaster!"

I have spent about 60 minutes trying to get your telephone number in London to change a booking which I made on line. I have been a gold member of the star alliance since it was established. If I ask BT Phone book on line it gives me every other airline's telephone number but not SAS. I cannot find you telephone number on my confirmation certificate for the flight, but I can see my own mobile number there! Maybe I am missing something - but I can usually find things on the internet. Thanks..
