"James Selby is stuck in the dark ages"

James Selby could be a great little store but for reasons only known to its management, the store operates in the most customer unfriendly manner. Who these days walks into a department store and cannot pay for all purchases at one till? Can you imagine the chaos if the west end stores asked us to go from one till to another to complete our purchases? James Selby's clothing range attracts a number of elderly shoppers for who it's great that the store offers clothing to suit however, these folk also buy for other family members whose fashion preference may result in purchasing from the concessions offering a young style range like the rest of us these citizens are in 2008 still subjected to queuing at another to complete their purchase - hardly customer friendly! Shopping is hard enough without the likes of James Selby adding to the burden. The store doesn't deserve the custom it receives.
