"The Gentle Touch"

I was a bit nervous when I rang David Kendal's practice to make an appointment, having found it listed in London Online, but the nice receptionist was helpful and re-assuring and told me that the dentist was very sympathetic and gentle and, this being my main worry, she helped put my mind at ease.
When I met the dentist he was very interested in my concerns and worries and took time to explain everything to me and was very reassuring, which made me feel relaxed for the first time at a dentists.
I found the atmosphere very relaxed and when I went for my second appointment I felt much more confidence and that I was being treated by a good friend.
I am not afraid of going to the dentist any more!
