kindly be informed that i brought a book from yours on pilotage & handling ships. i am a pilot and very interesting to join your instutition. i had studied this book very well and i feel ready now to attend your examination in order to take other cours in (Harbour Master)studing.
please advise by return urgently . how i can attend the examination ?
i have to come , or if possible here in Egypt.
