My old camcorder broke and I needed to purchase a new camcorder. ASK Electronics was recommended by my friend so i decided to visit them over the weekend. Although i did not know much about their products, the staffs were very knowledgeable in helping me decide which one to purchase. I am not very technical but they even had the courtesy to show me how to operate it.

Overall I had a pleasant experience and will definitely be visiting them again!
