... with the earlier reviews about Hype Balham. I often leave the salon wishing that I had gone elsewhere or that I shouldn't have bothered to have made an early appointment as I have, on many occasions, had to wait ages just to get someone to acknowledge I was there! I am afraid that I will no longer be going to Hype once I find another salon. They are very good -if you get the right stylist - but I feel that they do become complacent with you once you have been going there a while, lack of passion perhaps? Also, I find their pricing very inconsistent - does anyone else get this - and that the salon is definitely in need of a facelift - it looks really tatty and should be stepping up to mantle otherwise you will start to wonder where your money is going..!!!
