I rang Mr John Charles who assisted me greatly in getting back by deposit from a landlord from Hell!
I got back everything even though it took 16 weeks to get back my Security Deposit once it was agreed and I was about to get Mr John Charles to write to them to take them to court but the money was cleared adventually, therefore I have been recommending clients from the Property Business to Mr John Charles and I will continue to do so.
I also will get Mr John Charles some tickets for Rugby at Cardiff as I have 4 seats there for 25 years in a big way of thanking him and please do note this is not a bribe in anyway but just a big thank you from me! Kind regards to Mr John Charles
