"Calling all housing association tenents"

If you are a tenent in temporary accomodation in and around hillingdon borough please check your tenency agreement and more inportantly please take photos of your property before you sign your contracts and move in. There is a housing association within the borough that when you give notice to move out, does not turn up for the checks and to hand back the keys but once you have moved out, send you invoices for anything in the propety including nails and screws and any damage that might have been there before you moved in ,also the cleaning of the property and charge a horendous amount for this, which then you cant prove you didnt do. please make sure you have a inventory report done before you sign your contracts, if you dont have an inventory report then please make sure you ask for one.
