I often stay at Bluedaws hotel and although it is a budget hotel (double room at £35.00) it is very clean and service is good.Sometimes I had to put up with rowdy student groups like the one that wrote the review above(especially those from ex Eastern Germany). The students are often left alone in the hotel while teachers enjoy their evening in pub. I think that the parents are wasting their hard earned money on such trips (it is cheaper for students to get drunk in Germany). The man the students have mentioned must have been a night porter who has a tough job to control such crowds so that others who are tired after a day of sightseeing can get some sleep. I recommend the hotel because it is well located and good value for money. |
