I have been going to hype for years and their service has always been JUST OK, most times i leave the salon feeling regret for ever going. But as there is no other alternative, i feel i have nowhere else to go. However, since the new receptionist joined the balham team i feel i am finally getting the acknowledgement and customer service, a paying client should get. The new receptionist always greets me with a smile, is friendly throughout the visit and always without a fail asks me how my visit has been. This not only makes me feel valued and appreciated but it puts a smile on my face. And she even sounds friendly and happy over the phone no matter how early or late it is in the day. I just love the new receptionist by hiring her its the best decision the management has done.
