I went here on a Saturday lunchtime. The staff looked as though they simply didn't want to be there. They gathered at one end of the bar gossiping oblivious to the patiently awaiting customers. One chap, who looked like the duty manager, appeared incredibly put out at having his conversion interrupted muttering something under his breath as he approached. Once the bar was clear of customers, the staff then gathered around one of the tables to continue their conversation, play with their mobile phones, & make phone calls.
