I have been trying to get through to the Brocklebank on the telephone to make appointments for my baby sons for several days now but nobody answers the phone. Once you have an appointment I have found the doctors pleasant and helpful in the past but their administration grinds very slowly with long queues to check in and massive delays in the waiting room. Fortunately my appointments needed at the moment are only for immunisations - good kob they aren't emergencies.
