Tobacco companies (like British American Tobacco who is the producer of the brand Pall Mall that you smoke) are required by law to put health warning on all the cigarette packs that they produce. It is a requirement from the government and not a choice of tobacco companies. Blame the government don't blame the poor guys who're trying to comply with whatever is thrown at them.
