When Depression makes you stronger. 
 
Glad to see you covered the misery of depression. Depression is a debilitating illness and a taboo subject, not many people understand it. As a fellow sufferer I empathise with anybody who is/has been a sufferer and also their carers.  
Sufferers are not weak people you have to be strong to cope with it. We need more therapists, especially CBT. The waiting list for them on the NHS is over 1 year.
