Am I the only one to believe that the closest kept secret in London at the moment - apart from how the LDA spends it cash - is that Bootstrap Enterprises that once lauded London Social Enterprise is in serious financial trouble but that no-one in the Social Enterprise sector is prepared to mention this for fear of drawing attention to failure !
