"Avoid - We wasted over 90 minutes on poor service and very average food"

Following the refurbishment this place has managed to go downhill. We waited for over 45 minutes in line for the carvery. The place is staffed and managed by inexperienced staff and management.
While waiting at the bar, the bar staff were obviously not in anyway experienced at managing who to serve next. The bar was not busy - not a good start.
Next, the carvery - over 45 minutes standing in line to get served. After asking to see the manager while standing in the queue - all i received was a list of excuses. The food was at best average.
