I am a big advocate of going to bike shops where the owners/ employees bike themselves. this they do and because of that you can trust what they say.
so what if they are not the cheapest on everything. I have found the prices to be most reasonable. they have always given me a competetive quote for the requirements i need and stuck to it(unlike some other major bike chains), now i wouldn't go to anyother bike shop in london.
