I went to Ormonde Jayne to get my annual supply of Champaca Absolute as I no longer think I can live without it. It's got neroli, basmati rice in it and bamboo which makes it sound a bit oddball but actually it's just heavenly and smells better and better as the day goes on and I am constantly asked what I am wearing! Anyway, who should walk in while I am there? Only my all time favourite Bryan Ferry who is still drop dead gorgeous and makes everyone's pulse rise. And better still, we have this gorgeous perfumery in common so we could chat on mutual ground and even share the sampling table! what a great shopping day!
