I work for a company called J.Floris Ltd, we deal in cosmetics and beauty products and we send orders to Japan for a company called House Of Rose via Sumitomo Warehouse.I prepare the export paperwork for the orders and usually speak to Naoko Abe from your company,and i find dealing with your company and speaking to Naoko Abe always a pleasure, she is always very polite and helpful,and the drivers who collect orders are always realible and very polite also.Just thought would pass on my thoughts,hope we continue to work with you in the future.
