Well I entirely disagree - as someone who still lives nearby I am so greatful that an anodine, depressing, like-so -many-others, pub has been transformed into a pleasent reasonably priced venue that does excellent food. Gone are the stuffy old military antiques (with 4 inches of tar on them) - in is a clean minimalist interior with great friendly staff. |
