With no expensive call service in India,Portatools starts off by being a winner.The'phone was immediately answered;& I was put in touch with their workshop;the part was ordered by the man that knew exactly what I wanted;& as soon as it arrives,They will 'phone me.
Obtaining spares for Stihls is analogous to pulling teeth as a rule;but not so with Portatools.Of a surety,as the man said,"Good friendly service!"
