"Disappointing"

Unfortunately, our experience of the cuisine at the Olive Lounge left a bitter aftertaste. The lamb shanks were dried out and tough, probably through over-cooking, with little enough meat on the bone. I wouldn't have served this to my dog, let alone a customer! The waiter said he'd pass on my comments to the chef, but I have to wonder if there was a chef? And they still had the nerve to automatically include service at 12.5%!!! Outrageous!
