"Please help me find"

Please could you help me find the music to one of your old adverts which had a cartoon man wiggling his belly and bottom on a set of ladders to this music in the background i think it was in 2004 or 2005 around xmas time the music was also featured on csi ny so im thinking it may be american it has been driving me mad for months now and i really need your help please thanks.
