The service I received from these solicitors was of an excellent standard. Considering I was purchasing a new build and the company were pushing for a very short completion date of only 3 weeks! Austin Ryder and Co, were able to ensure I receive the appropriate documentation, explained anything I didn't understand or had inexperience of, and we completed within the timeframe and am now in the process of moving into my new home.
