Used this company for over 18 months, had no real problems, although expensive, worked well.
However when I decided to change suppliers, giving a months notice, too much money was paid into their account. Since August I have rung this company every month asking for MY money to be returned to me. Each month this they promise to do and each month they do not return MY money. We're only talking about £12.33 and I guess I've now spent more than that on telephone calls but it's a matter of principle. If a company will not return such a piffling amount that doesn't belong to them, you have to ask yourself are they really a business you'd want to be involved with?
Hi-Velocity is okay, it's when you want to say Bye velocity the trouble starts.
