A review of Samrat Tandoori Restaurant by A real food lover - Monday 18th of August 2008
I'm normally too lazy to write reviews but we've had such good quality food at the Samrat Tandoori every time we've visited, that I feel compelled to shout about the place a little. We're really glad we found the place (by accident!). Their food is very fresh, very tasty, excellent value for money and there's a good selection of dishes - familiar ones as well as more original choices. The portions are generous, the meat is succulent and tender, the fish is delicious and they do a good meat and a good vegetarian thali. I would also mention though, that we go there for the great food, not the great atmosphere ... there isn't much of one! The staff are very friendly and attentive though.
