I have a heart that I purchased in New York about seven years ago. Unfortunately the chain has broken I would like some advice on how to get it repaired. the website is the slowest I have EVER had the misfortune to use, and I have been on the phone now for 8 mins, last time it was 20 mins and I am not able to speak or email anyone. Ensure you look after your jewellery when you choose to buy!
