"The doctors are great, shame about the receptionists"

I am a patient at the Earlsfield Practice and have always received a good service from many of the doctors I've seen there. However, the receptionists can be very rude and it can sometimes be difficult to get an appointment if you work full time and need either an early or late slot. .
