"Persistent nuisance"

They call me every month trying to sell me broadband & upgrade my mobile phone

every month I tell them NO and ask to be removed from their call list

It doesn't do any good - they still call

I spoke to a 'supervisor' in july and we agreed that we were wasting each others' time

they called in august anyway and I fully expect them to call in september

they are a nuisance caller.
