Hd to hold on A VERY LONG TIME on the telphone to get a reply at 11.30 - got a recorded message to hold as all operates are busy.

Have NEVER held on for so long to get through a county court - getting like the old DWP - can never get through.

VERY SHODDY AND POOR SERVICE..
