"Duns & ignores responses"

This company has been sending me faxes (with a totally wrong postal address) claiming I owe them money. This is completely false. I wrote an e-mail to the person and address given on the faxes explaining that I have nothing to do with them or the company they mention in abbreviated form as the original party to whom I presumably owed money. There has been no response to my e-mailing...except another dunning fax with no mention of my correspondence. .
