"Half an hour"

Whenever i go to the doctors, i always get seen half an hour later than my appointment time. this is coming from someone who goes to the doctors every two-three weeks.

the receptionists must be there to just watch the phone ring, because sometimes i would ring for twenty minutes straight and no one will pick up the phone or when i ring it will go back to user busy, which by that time i have already missed my appointment. a little too stressful for a surgery if you ask me. however, once you eventually get seen, some of the doctors do a really good job..
